Mr. Guo passed the National Bar Examination in 2012 and started his career as a licensed lawyer afterwards.

Rich in experiences handling trademark infringement and unfair competition cases, Mr. Guo has liaised with dministrative enforcement authorities such as local industrial and commercial offices, public security and Customs, etc for years, he organizes infringement investigations, administrative/criminal raid actions, works closely with Customs for brand protection, handles IP related litigations/ arbitrations and dispute settlements. His clients including the famous luxury brands Salvatore Ferragamo S.P.A (Italy), Industria De Diseno Textil (Spain), S.A., New Balance (US).
