Mr. Zhang was licensed as a practicing lawyer in 1998. He acquired master degree in Law from China University of International Business and Economics in 2004.

Mr. Zhang has practiced as an experienced legal counsel for many companies and undertaken numerous cases since 1999 including civil, criminal, commercial and administrative cases. Since 2005, Mr. Zhang has been in charge of the IPR Enforcement Department of B.D.L. International Law Firm. He acts for a wide range of clients from UK, US, German, France, Holland, Switzerland, etc in the luxury industry .

He has great working relations with administrative authorities all over the China and actively assisted the Beijing AIC and Tianjin AIC with issuing "Notice of Specially Protected Overseas Brands" and succesfully have the brands he represented, such as Montblanc, Cartier, Dunhill, Vacheron Constantin etc. inlcuded in the list.

He is well experienced in the field of IP enforcement and dealing with unfair competition.

Mr. Zhang has been representing Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. for series of civil and criminal litigations on trademark infringmenet and unfair competition.

Entrusted by Industria De Diseno Textil, S.A., Mr. Zhang represents the company for civil and ciminal litigations of intellectual property protection.
