Mr. Guo Fengwu obtained his LLB and LLM degree from China University of Political Science and Law and was a visiting scholar at University of Exeter in Britain for two years in the 1990s.

Mr. Guo is the founder and director of B.D.L.International Law Firm. He is specialized in International Trade, Banking and Financial Business, International Investment, Corporation Law, Litigation, etc. He is one of the earliest lawyers who served foreign clients in the top luxury industry and helped them entering Chinese market and setting up franchise network. He also was the deputy director of the Center for African Studies, China University of Political Science and Law.

He is highly recognized for his expertise in international trade and futures. He has retained as standing counsel by over 20 import and export companies including COFCO, Huaxia Bank, Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, National Oceanic Administration, Singapore Westcomb Financial Group Limited, Richemont Group and Sicomines, etc.

Since 1986 he was licensed as a practicing lawyer, he has handled numerous arbitrations and litigations in connection with international transactions, payment clearing and maritime.

Acting as counsel of clients in the Chinese and foreign arbitral tribunals, he is familiar with international transaction, international cargo transportation, China customs regulations, foreign exchange management system, international settlement, Chinese contract law and foreign investment.
